How does Medigap work in Fulton County?
A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policy pays some or all of what Original Medicare leaves you: the Part A deductible, Part B coinsurance and more, depending on the plan letter. It works at any doctor or hospital in the country that accepts Medicare, which is why people who travel or split the year between states often prefer it.
Ask the Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance whether Georgia gives you rights beyond the federal ones; Medicare.gov notes that states can add more chances to buy a policy.
We don’t publish Medigap prices: they depend on your age, the plan letter and the carrier, and no public rate file covers them. Compare real quotes side by side with our Medigap cost comparison calculator.
